Amazing attentive staff that took care of our requests. Area had lots of shopping and great dining options nearby. Hotel was clean, full of amenities, had plenty of room for a Japanese hotel. We enjoyed our 4-night stay and would return again!

Good reasons to choose the hotel

The public bath saloon is very big enough and comfortable. The menu of breakfast is more than expected with varieties of local food o Kobe. These two points are the reason why I choose the hotel again since January, 2025.

Very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Convenient for both train stations in Kobe.

Very clean with a nice bath and sauna. The room was relatively large for a Japanese hotel. The furniture and decoration was a bit dated and they could improve by upgrading the lobby and guest rooms with chairs, tables, and shelves amenable to doing remote work.

I liked the European style. Also the size of the room was very comfortable. Coin operated laundry was very helpful. Delicious breakfast with many options.
