Nice hotel near the train station. Walkable to almost all tourist sites. Check in was easy. Room was comfortable but had no black out curtains. There were shutters. But do not know if they were just ornamental. We could not pull them closed and they got stuck halfway. Hot breakfasts was included. They had a nice garden courtyard. Room cleaned everyday. They have a partner hotel, Principe, which we also stayed at.

The hotel staff were excellent and very helpful. The included features were very very good. The room was neat, clean, very interesting to look at, had good A/C. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was an awesome value with good breads, eggs, bacon, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, etc. in a buffet with a very nice dining area.

Avoid at all costs. A/C didn’t work. Bath tub is only about 16” across width wise so you have to be a contortionist to be able to shower. Bed is saggy from being too old. Bath room has black mold. Only saving grace is the location is close to the train station. Did i mention that the A/C didn’t work? Room got very hot in the afternoon and through the night so it was a very miserable experience.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient as its just a 10min walk from the bus station and saves you the hassle from dragging your luggage over the mini bridges and steps. Room was pretty decent and also had a balcony. One negative thing is that there arent many plug sockets in the room but was able to make do. Theres also many food, cafe and souvenir shops just outside too

This is by no means a 4-star hotel. No room service, no heating in the room, Wifi did not work and the safe was 100yrs old and not working. Photos are extremely misleading.

Really close to train station and central in Venice. The AC was broken for the first day of our stay during a heatwave which was not ideal but they apologized and fixed it by the next day. The room could use some updates/ fixes but the main issue was the bathroom had considerable amounts of mold. While I understand that Venice is known for flooding, it was still a problematic amount of mold which hadn’t been cleaned out in clearly a while. Kitchen and front desk staff were mostly very nice.

Great place, bad AC

Place is beautiful old place near the train station. Convenient location for train and vaporettos, although far from st. Marks square. They say it is air conditioned, but can’t cool below 80 degrees, or at least our room wasn’t. It was often cooler outside than inside, but I was able to open a window to help.
