Fantastic Stay!

I loved my stay here! The location was excellent—right in the city center and only a couple of minutes from central train stations, but my room was still quiet at night. My room was also spacious and very clean with amenities provided. Breakfast was wonderful with a wide array of options.

We had a lovely stay at the WIDE hotel in Copenhagen. It’s centrally located, nice rooms, very comfortable and well maintained. The staff is absolutely great - very welcoming, friendly and helpful. And they have a nice little bar in the lobby as a bonus. Great hotel and definitely recommended.

Mostly a great hotel for visiting Copenhagen

Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good, location nice and central (we walked almost everywhere), bed was comfortable. My only issues were the bathroom sink was only 30cm (12”) diameter with the faucet taking up the back half (try washing your face in that!), and the photographs of the room made it look significantly larger than it actually is.

Awesome hotel

The staff was exceptionally efficient and friendly. The airlines lost our luggage and the staff helped us throughout the process. They were on the phone calling, waiting, following up on everything. We did not know who to call, we couldn’t speak the language, and we were totally frustrated and stressed. The staff helped us, going out and beyond . We also did not know how to work the washer-dryer and maintenance came physically to the room to start the machine and teach us how to use it. I would definitely recommend the Wide Hotel. Staff was great and it is conveniently located.

A super hotel.

Our first time in Copenhagen. Our hotel was a 5 min walk from the Railway Stn and round the corner from Tivoli. The hotel was in a perfect location and once we found our way about, it was very walkable. Fabulous restaurants in and around the hotel and great bar across the road. Room was a good size and ensuite ample. Tea/Coffee available in room. Reception on arrival was very pleasant and bar was very cosy. The breakfast room was lovely and choice for breakfast was great and well laid out. Hotel at night(sleeping hrs) was extremely quiet and beds very comfortable. No noise coming from outside either. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
