The hotel itself is excellent, located near "El Tubo," the gastronomic district in Zaragoza. The hotel's breakfasts are excellent. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip.

This is a perfect location for tourists as everything is walkable. Our only complaint is that this property- like many other throughout Spain- turn hvac system off in the spring so you must open the thick sound-proof windows onto the noisy streets.

Estrella at check in was very helpful. All front desk people were. Parking was close but streets were confusing. We were given a map that helped immensely. Beautiful lobby that had a huge window that gave you a street view to “people watch” or just read. :-)

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was close to El Tubo where you have all the tapas bars. All of Saragossa is walking distance. The room was big and the bed comfy.

Very conveniently located downtown with parking garage access in lower floors. We could walk to a variety of restaurants and enjoyed the city-and Roman ruins just a block away! Clean, quiet, with very helpful staff.

Lovely but don’t bring your pets!

Hotel was lovely-as listed. However when we arrived with our service dog we were told that dogs are never allowed-not even service dogs. Since I had prepaid the res. and since I was able to show her the listing which showed that service animals were ok, they accommodated us. All else was great including the location which was close to everything.

Great location with parking & air con

Excellent location for ‘old Town’ & tourist interests. Easy to find. Parking under the hotel (although one way system to navigate)-17€ per 24hrs. Room was adequate with spacious shower/toilet. On 5th floor, but no real view! Air con was effective & welcome! Plenty choice for breakfast although bacon & scrambled eggs were NOT hot!

The good is that the Hotel is located on a great location , walking distance to most monuments & attractions. The bad was that there was no coffee machine in room and that they did not have the air conditioner on , they told us due to the cool weather they don’t use the air conditioner and to just open window. Unfortunately with the window open we would hear the noise outside making it difficult to have a good nights sleep.

The floors were filthy. The air conditioning did not work even though they visited the room twice to assist. breakfast did not start until 8 AM and we departed at 7 AM so missed it.

This is a beautiful property with modern decour, but you can hear when the people around you are taking a shower or using the toilet. This is a deal breaker. I couldn’t get a good night sleep because of that.
