Great centrally located hotel, a stone-throw from the train station. Lovely staff, who were all very friendly and helpful with any request. Would definitely recommend the club room to get access to the unlimited tea/coffee/water/fresh juices and little snack plates and treats - all free. Impeccably clean throughout and the beds were very comfortable. This fabulous experience means I will checking if there is a OKKO hotel in the location of our next vacation.

First Class Hotel and Staff

We were two couples, my partner and I and my niece and her husband, staying in Toulon for the first time for five days. The hotel is modern, in an excellent location to both the centre of the town and the railway station. The personnel, particularly Aya and Auriane, were extremely helpful and very patient with my awful French and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. One facility which was extremely helpful was a 24-hour lounge area for all the residents where you could help yourself to drinks (teas, coffees etc) and to nibbles and fruit. It proved invaluable and we stay there again without hesitation. Thank you again for giving us such a pleasant stay.

Great hotel, very close to the train station and 10-15 minute walk from the marina. Friendly welcome. Clean room. Very small toilet (had to reverse to get out) but the shower was excellent.The Club facility is very good. Disappointed that I couldn't get access to the rooftop bar during my stay.

This property is an excellent choice. I am a soda traveller and I felt extremely safe not a huge eater so the free nibbles available were okay for me receptionist was very very helpful and the gentleman who took over from her. It was also great early check-in and late checkout at no extra cost. Thank you for letting me have a splendid day at your hotel even though it was only one night next time I will definitely come here.

Service excellence ..comes from a happy line of management . It will cost u a bit more to stay at okko but in my travels ..4/5 star rivaling the Marriot Nice . Staff have risen from night bakers(?) to front desk. Being welcomed by someone who remembered me is service .passionate , the staff all want to be there . Obviously a low turnover and thus careful hiring . There is absolutely no hotel arrogance..but a friendly ' how can I help you" . Going beyond Service exellence y? Ie . As little as refrigeration of my previous 1 star hotel ..I arrived tired and was met with smiles. One promoted team member remembered me . During my stay a night member . theres a baker (?)night security with name E xx he would look for kiwis of which I can't find in any hotel breakfast ..but at okko it's available . Another female team member (Sb)even reheated my food and finding me late after midnight some fruits . A shout out to the great okko Toulon ,General Manager and team . The staff are diligent ..clearing of free drink glasses ,plates , constant observations of the lounge . This is like a country club . Ideale Lage. Modernes Hotel. In meinem Zimmer kam es zu Beginn der Nacht zu einem Wasserrohrbruch im WC. Ich musste umziehen, zum Glück war noch ein anderes Zimmer frei. Sonntag Abend war niemand greifbar um das Wasser zumindest abzustellen. Ich hätte es gekonnt, war nur ein geplatzter Flansch im WC Wasserbehälter - aber ohne Werkzeug ging das nicht, und die Dame von der Rezeption war technisch überfordert. Kann aber alles mal passieren und hat daher keinen Einfluss auf meine Bewertung.

Hôtel idéalement situé entre la gare et le centre historique. Accueil charmant attentionné de la part du personnel . La salle commune avec la canicule s'est transformé en salle de survie avec boisson fraîches à volonté. Le plus la plancha offerte à l'happy hours. .

Bel hôtel, calme, literie confortable, personnel incroyable et situation au top. Dommage que hotels.com vendent des chambres plus chères pour inclure l’accès en illimité au club (boisson et snacks), alors que tous les voyageurs y ont le droit de base. On s’est fait avoir sur ce point et pas de quelques euros. Par contre la VMC qui s’active a fond les ballons a 6h du matin gâche le séjour, et les trous à plusieurs endroits sur les draps et serviettes ne sont pas dignes d’un 4 étoiles. On reviendra dans la chaîne car on est rarement déçu mais on ne se fera plus avoir avec le supplément pour le club.
