When checking in they did not have the king room that I paid for so they gave me a room with two double beds. The little fridge in my room was open and melted so the carpet was soaked for my whole stay. The tile in the bathroom floor was cracked there was old chicken bones in the window sill and the sheets were dirty.

Hotel was awful. We booked for 3 nights, and didnt even stay the first night. As soon as we got to the room, we started looking for another hotel. The carpets and bedding were stained, the lights didnt work and it smellled. Within aan hour, we checked out and the property refused us a refund for any of the nights. We paid for 3 and didnt even stay one.

Under construction which meant nothing as promised. No breakfast, no elevator, no ice, no hangers, closet or ironing board. Rooms were incomplete. The only bright side is the sweet girl at the front desk catching hell from all the upset people. Don’t stay here until construction is finished!
