Although we were overall satisfied with the hotel, I will describe both the positive and negative experiences we had!
The hotel is a complex built in a modern style with a villa-like layout. Our room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a surprise: a fruit platter and a bottle of champagne! The staff was kind, smiling, and helpful. After we booked the room, we found out from the confirmation that dinner in addition to breakfast was also included in the price. It was fantastic! There were so many food options. Delicious, flavorful dishes!
And now for the negatives:
When we arrived, the room temperature was 30.5°C (86.9°F)! Since we were only given one key card, and the air conditioning only worked with the card, the room kept heating up again whenever we left. The booking photos showed a balcony with a sun lounger but instead, we got a balcony facing a walkway, with just two chairs and a small table, and this was also where the entrance to the room was. I can’t imagine anyone wanting to sit out there! The hotel has several design flaws. Most balconies face common areas, so there’s zero privacy!
In addition, the shower leaked, the toilet kept running, and an unpleasant smell constantly came into the room from the bathroom. Every morning, we were woken by the slamming of the cleaning room door and the loud talking of the staff.
Despite all this, it’s up to everyone to decide whether they would like to stay here or not.
