The room was clean but dingy lighting, dark hallways, LOUD guests… It sounded kind of like people were living there. Front desk was out of everything - no extra pillows or blankets for our family of four. Horrible area… makes sense that was so cheap.

Overall it was a nice hotel to stay at with my kids for the day/night after a concert. The pool was great, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was available, but we slept in and missed it.

I always check the bed and sheets for bed bugs wherever I go to a hotel. I didn't find any bed bugs but I DID find hair on the pillowcases so that tells me the pillow cases were not changed from the last person in the room. The shower head was leaking and there was mold around the bottom of the shower. It was a quick stop over to go to see the Iron Pigs at Coca Cola Park, but I would never spend more than 1 night there.

It looked like they had done a quick clean of the room because the shower had water splashed all inside and I found a toy car under the carpet in one of the rooms. Breakfast was ok in the morning. Not much to complain about for complimentary food. Very quiet and close to our venue. Decent place for a one night stay.

Everything went well. My only caution to prospective guests would be to request a first floor room, as there are no elevators on the property. If anyone has difficulty climbing or descending stairs, that could be a concern if you get an upstairs room.
