Quality Inn
The place had a recent inspection that they failed. The elevator was broken, the pool and hot tub were closed and they could not serve breakfast. We requested a different room because of the elevator issue. The inn sent a reimbursement to Hotels.com on my behalf which they in turn should be returning to me. Where is the notice from Hotels.com re: the reimbursement?

Came for Chris brown concert. Tv didn’t work at all they said they had to call spectrum and he said he couldnt give us another room. Ran out of toilet paper, random people peeing outside our window behind the hotel. Bathtub was stained. Hole on bathroom door that they half way tried to cover it with black tape. Never again !

This one had no elevators, and I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with my luggage. After being on the road for 5 hours, all I needed was a shower and a bed. Got the bed and no shower. The bathroom was disgusting. I was then told that they had no other rooms. Or refunds. Checked out!!!

Could of been better
First night there fire alarms went off 2 times. Next day went off once. The free breakfast was very poor. Yes I know it was free but when there’s really no choices it sucks. Rooms were ok it was pretty quiet. Staff were ok not as friendly as other comments said. It was close to everything we wanted to do.

Outside property is very nice. Could tell the outside was recently renovated, but the interior such as the rooms are outdated. In room accommodations such as sinks, bathtubs, and toilet were dirty and worn. Bedding, like the sheets, had stains on them. Had to get a different room which was better but you shouldn’t have to change rooms. All rooms should be held to the same clean standards
