It’s a pleasant stay and the reception lady is super kind and helpful! she is the reason we love our stay, very responsive to check in details and offered help always! This was a wonderful little place in a great location. They even left water in the fridge daily. Simonetta was so very helpful with suggestions of what to see in the area. The only suggestion I would have is new pillows, otherwise this place was amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, using it as a base to explore the Cinque Terre. It was nice at the end of the day to be able to come back and relax in a quieter setting. We loved having the balconies where we could watch all the happenings in the area! The room was clean, had a kitchen that even had a dishwasher! Housekeeping came in daily and made the bed and freshened things up, that was an added bonus!

We chose this hotel primarily as it said that parking was included, however this was not the case. However the lady that worked at the hotel was really nice and helped us to find a street parking. Overall, we had a really nice stay and the location was perfect and the room was clean.

Lots to do within walking distance. From restaurants to the marina with all the beautiful boats. We enjoyed great food and wine during our stay and took the ferry to Montarro and Monterosso for the day. Took the train back. Cinque Terre is easily reachable for day trips from this location.
