Comfortable stay with friendly staff and nice gym!

Great place to stay and great breakfast and I suggest getting dinner too since Jerusalem does not have a lot of dining options that might not fit your pallet if you’re not from there. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and I love the gym they have here.

Fanastic stay in the Dan Jerusalem. The service was outstanding. Nothing too much trouble. The manager Ibrahim and his team were so helpful and courteous. The hotel itself is of a good standard. The hotel was OK my problem is with hotels.com on hotels.com site it is said that check in is on 14:00 while the hotel called and told us that check in is from 18:00. On hotels.com it is stated that all prices include taxes and the hotel charged us extra 17% on Vat.

Up and downs

I did not like using two different elevators to go to breakfast, one goes 6 -up and the other goes 6 - down because they are on a slope. We waited for the gifts to to open at 8:30 and had our cab wait because we had 3 post cards to mail, at 8:45 they had not shown up and we had to leave. I was not happy! Otherwise it was the best hotel of the 3 we stayed at.
