Overall we were very happy with the hotel. There was a slight issue with checking in that had to do with the third party company we booked the room through, but the front desk handled it perfectly. We didn’t stay at Hampton since you guys messed up our reservations. The people at Spark/Wingate were very friendly and helpful in giving us a room anyway however we feel that it was a definite downgrade from what our accommodation may have been and what we thought we were booked for.

The toweled we used lay on the floor and were there when we left so I did not leave a tip , usually do , thew were not making up the beds , all others do. , , I travel a lot and this was the worst room makeup up I was ever in

This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stay in in the last few years, and we travel at least twice a month. The properties in very nice condition and both receptionist we dealt with were very very nice and friendly. The breakfast was also very good with: eggs, sausage, home fries, waffles, yogurts, bagels, muffins, scones, fruit, etc.. We will definitely book another stay there when in the area.
