Staff friendly especially the night manager, Lyn, attended to our request. Only issue was the breakfast, not satisfied, no meat, just egg for meal.

The room was nice, the pool was very small. The hot tub was OK. Warner than the pool but not really hot and the only protein at breakfast was microwaved sausage patties that were an unappealing color. The toaster worked great and the cereal and donuts were OK but definitely not a main dish.

Terrible staff, refused a refund even though we asked for it 3 hours into having our rooms because of how dirty they were, hot tub and pool don’t work, the pictures are very outdated compared to what you actually get. This was the best choice I could have made! The couple that own this Quality Inn were pleasant & meticulous about every little thing. The breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel free buffet, the room was clean & had everything I needed; plenty of towels, tissue, soap. The pool, workout area & whirlpool were all so nice & clean. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I recommend this business highly.
