Cons - Tired decor, dirty rugs, took 5 minutes to get hot water in bathroom, dirty caulk in bathroom, tv was terrible- no program info on the channel guide. Pros - Friendly staff, restaurant was pretty good, shuttle service was very prompt though the shuttle was filthy. We stayed in another Hilton Garden Inn recently in Kentucky and it was very similar. They need to start upgrading their facilities. We are done staying with Hilton Garden Inns.

Disappointing Stay

We have stayed at this hotel for the past 10 years and this time the experience was sub par. The corridors and the elevaror were very dirty, The bathroom had issues - the sink drain was broken. Breakfast was also disappointing. The server was very attentive, however when she brought out the food it was cold and not tasty. The scrambled eggs did not taste good and the omelette was also not great. The sausage, bacon and potatoes were cold.

Water in the shower would only stay warm for about 30 seconds before getting cold for 1-2 minutes. Then it would get warm again for another 20-30 seconds. Frustrating experience after the end of a long travel day.
