We had an incredible stay at the Clarion Hotel The Hub. It’s the perfect base for a city break - modern, stylish and very comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect – so central, easy to get around, and convenient for getting to and from the airport. The breakfast was honestly the best we’ve ever had on a city trip, with a huge selection and everything freshly prepared. The staff were amazing – friendly, welcoming and really knowledgeable about the local area, which made our stay even better. The spa was lovely and provided a great way to unwind after exploring the city, and our room was very nice and well equipped. The only slight downside was that I believe someone tried to hack my Instagram account while using the free Wi-Fi, so it might be worth looking into making the connection more secure. Overall, a brilliant experience and we’d definitely stay again!

The hotel have amazing design and looks amazing. The rooms are clean and pretty. The man in the reception was outstanding. The breakfast area is not suitable for the purpose. Total chaos and not organised. The food itself was good, with a lot of options. The hotel is 1 minute from the central station and the location is one of a kind.

Centrally located just outside of the Central train station and near the Opera House. Overall service was excellent, standard room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and incredible. Big shout out to Anita at the front desk for the help she provided us, hopefully the Clarion recognizes how important you are to their staff!

No air con and a very noisy heating system the room vibrates when the lifts go up and down. Breakfast is fantastic room was clean great location. food in hub bar great. staff were welcoming and efficient.

Second chances.

After starting on the wrong foot, hotel overbooking and being sent to a lesser quality hotel for my first night at 1,30 am, after a troubled in-coming flight… I returned the following morning, to a double upgrade. Staff and manager were extremely polite and helpful, offered a beautiful suite on the top floor with great view over the Bay. Service was spot on, breakfast of great quality and variety, top floor restaurant with high quality service and excellent food/drinks. Hotel has the most convenient location. Central with accessibility to public transportation (train, tram and metro) . Walking distance to museums, shops and theaters. Second chances can sometimes be pretty cool.

The hotel is centrally located, the rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is not friendly and not helpful, it was our son’s 5th birthday and we asked someone at the lobby if we could arrange to pay for balloons or some room decoration for his birthday, he replied that he does not know and that we can buy it at the mall :/
