We had a very relaxing time at the hotel. Our check in was extremely efficient and pleasant. We were able to check in early with our room ready within mimutes of our arrival. The lobby is very comfortable and set up for ease of receiving deliveries and guests The outdoor pool area is very well maintained and welcoming for get togethers with fire pits around the pool site. Overall, this hotel is a great place for a short or longer stay in the Cleveland area.

Convenient hotel if needing to be in Beachwood. Large room with separate living, dining and kitchen area. Two TVs good. Not a fan of pillows that are so soft they disappear. Breakfast ok.
