Good night stay. No elevator.
Hotel clean and staff friendly. No elevators to 2nd Floor. Breakfast good. Had to haul our luggage up small set of stairs.

I've stayed here before. The room was stuffy but after 20 minutes of ac cooling it down it was fine. Hotel was quiet,clean and the people were nice. Bed n pillows were also good. Breakfast ok but they had waffles!! Plenty of food nearby.

Where's the Quality?
Every staff member I interacted with was very nice and helpful. However, one of the lamp shades in the room had what looked like dried blood on it, the chair had mysterious stains, the baseboards in the bathroom were not finished, there were multiple dead bugs on the floor and walls (specifically, a beetle, a spider, and a moth - no roaches), the walls had patches of paint missing,the bathroom wall above the shower had a crack/small hole from water damage, the bathroom light was on the fritz, and the iron had burnt polyester on it (we did get a replacement iron thanks to the very helpful and friendly staff, but I feel like it should have been checked and switched when the room was flipped). And unfortunately I didn't take pictures of the damage because we noticed it and tried to ignore it as much as possible since we only stayed one night. there were some other things that bothered me but they were personal preferences and not objectively bad.

Very clean nice area for a short dog area I have my own dog bags they need to refill tho…checked in at the place must have been their dinner time because it waifed of curry and I am allergic it was strong! But in the am for breakfast it was no smell. BF was not bad biscuits fresh no eggs but it’s ok small coffee cups so take your own to fill up and the cereal with 2% was good only 2 bananas left but yogurt nice addition

This was an interesting stay. Tornado sirens sounding as we checked in. Power went out in minutes, was out for 19 hours.
The staff was fantastic during the storm! Clean, quiet, good breakfast (once power was on).

The two gentlemen that we interacted with were wonderful. The young man that checked me in was very nice. The gentleman that was working at 4am this morning was very friendly. He even came out and pushed snow off of my car. Really enjoyed the stay. Would stay again.
