The staff was very friendly. When asked, they even helped with information about shopping for specific stuff. 10 minutes were left for breakfast time to close; but they had already closed. However, when I asked the lady at the reception if I could at least have something because I had actually payed for the breakfast the day before, she called the chef and they let me go have breakfast, the chef brought out more food for me and was very friendly and nice. Make sure that if you need a room with a/c, to tick the a/c box when booking, because it was my mistake that I booked a room without a/c. I only found and killed one mosquito; but I did see in the carpeted walls about 8 already dead mosquitoes. The rooms were very clean, good beddings, clean towels, nice and clean bathroom. You had the option to open the windows and cover them with the curtains. They even let me check in before my check in time because the room was already available.

The staff were helpful and very quick to help. Room was basic, looked a bit run down and there were some bits that clearly needed replacing, but didn’t affect my stay. Hotel very noisy, hot and lots of mosquitos. Train vibrates the rooms. Inquired about changing rooms and they were no help, also locked us out of the room after explaining to them 3 times we had two reservations back to back.
