They owners couldnt hardly speak english. They took money fro. Other guests and didnt give a refund.

I don’t like getting scammed. They want a $50 deposit, so they charge $55, then give you $50 back. This is just shady and bad business. If you need to charge more, fine. Man said it was for the 3.75% surcharge. This isn’t $5, especially of they weren’t charged anything. Woman says they just charge everyone $5 additional. They clearly do not understand American economics and feel that they can rip everyone off $5 every night. Do not activate your Apple Pay or Google then hand your phone through the window without seeing the charge first. Do not sign the receipt. This is never necessary. They do this after charging the wrong amount to show you approved it. Definitely don’t use your credit card, since they can keep this on file (can’t do this with Apple Pay) Totally shady.

You get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a budget friendly overnight. It’s fine. Room is decent. Bed is stiff. Walls have paint cracking everywhere due to being painted over who knows how many times. Small old out dated bathroom. Ac/heat works but is super loud. But it allows you to drown out the city noises at night. Would I stay again. Probably. If I was alone sure. Not with a family. Owners were pleasant but the place inside needs an update. The photos are deceiving

The bedspread was dusty. The bath mat in the bathroom looked filthy. The 'heater' was barely functional and barely able to keep up. the microwave was broken, and required a patient jiggling of the door switch to allow the unit to operate, and it was too weak to heat up water.
