Aging hotel that could use some upgrades. But, you get what you pay for. Bathroom, especially the tub/shower could use a DEEP cleaning. Breakfast was good. Most front desk staff were helpful and kind.

The front desk associates weren’t friendly. I was only greeted warmly by housekeeping as I was leaving the facility, which was as disappointing as my room (needs updating and the carpet deep cleaned). Had I not already prepaid for my room, I would’ve canceled and stayed elsewhere. My sleep was amazing, but the overall presentation left much to be desired.

My toilet barely flushed, and my shower at one point completely stopped putting water out , and kept going from cold to extremely hot. I paid extra to get what what’s a better hotel and it was dirty. There was trash in the stairwells and the elevator made the scariest sound. I would not go back.

The room was clean and comfortable while the building overall would benefit from cosmetic improvements. Breakfast was ok, but you had to present a ticket which you had to acquire from the front desk every day. Never experienced that anywhere else. Only real complaint is that I could frequently smell pot from my room which was right next an outdoor stairwell.

We arrived at the hotel at 6;15, and they had no record of our reservation. They said all the rooms were already booked (I had failed to bring my printed confirmation). Then they found my name and said it had been canceled. We were already late for our grandson's graduation, so we had to book and pay for another room.The room was adequate, though musty-smelling. The location and the breakfast were great. But someone needs to be held accountable for giving our room away!
