Hotel was clean, and worked for what we needed, a room for the night. It offered breakfast, it was limited but enough to get you started. If you are looking for a pool or activities this would not be for you, but a restful place, this is what you need.

The first room they put me in, the room smelled musty/moldy. Was moved to a different room, killed spiders in the room, sheets on the one mattress and stains all over the sheets. Flood light outside the room was flickering all night and the tub looked dirty. Also, one of the lamps was missing a light bulb. Was not impressed.

Property is not maintained well. Bag of trash at top of stairwell and mattresses leaning in the hallway. Gross carpet and chips under our mattress. Avoid!

This is our favorite “home away from home” when traveling to the Manitowoc area. The staff is always friendly & accommodating and this is especially important to us as a dog family. For an extra pet fee our dogs are always welcome to join us and there is plenty of grass area and waste receptacles around the building grounds for quick & easy cleanup. They offer a continental breakfast and their entry way, breakfast & lounge area is always so festive & welcoming. The price is right, the place offers all you need & the plus is you can walk to a handful of restaurants offering different dining options or even the movie theater!

Entrance door to hotel was broken, but otherwise the property was sufficient. Room was small but cozy. Refrigerator and microwave were nice. Room was close to front desk/breakfast area, so it was somewhat noisy in the morning. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Okay just to sleep.

Overpriced for a basic room. The room seemed clean, but the bathroom had an odd odor. Bathroom door had to be closed to walk by and when it was closed for any time at all the odor was there on opening. The latch on your bathroom door was funky Check in was pleasant.

During my stay, the common areas were very unclean. There was a used Band-Aid on the stairs for my entire stay not a clean location. No smoking rules were not enforced The hallways smelled like a Cheech and Chong movie

I had bug bites the first 3 nights, I found a tick like insect on the covers and pinched it and blood came out. probably the guy that was biting me. I changed rooms and bites went away. I think I saw someone giving it a good cleaning after I left.

Bad smell

The staff were wonderful, but the hotel has an odor that was pretty strong. It smelled like someone had been smoking pot, very skunky and overpowering. I went out and bought air freshener for our room, but just stepping into the hall was really unpleasant.
