We stayed for 3 nights as part of a 3 week trip in Northern Spain. Initially we were very pleased with our room, especially the balcony and view. The room service was intermittent, no coffee on some occasions, no creamer on others. We advised reception of a severely stiff sliding room door which was never attended too.

GREAT PLACE, GREAT SERVICE

I was in A Coruna for four nights. It’s a beauty and the hotel is located in an ideal location on the cove. It is bright and clean and staffed with great people. There was major construction on a street behind the hotel and the noise was disturbing my stay. (I was sick and just wanted to sleep during the day). Though the noise was no fault of the hotel, they move me to a room on the other side which was a clear upgrade because it was higher and had a sea view. They really cared about my situation. Parking is a little expensive at 25 euros/night but that is my only complaint.

I booked a room with a terrace and was shocked to find I had to climb a flight of stairs to get to my room once I entered the door! I was able to get help from the very friendly staff at the hotel since I wouldn't have been able to carry my luggage up the stairs without assistance. The view from my room was spectacular and made this inconvenience worth my trouble. I would have preferred to have learned about the stairs when I read the description of the room. It was quite a surprise when I unlocked the door!

Checking interminable avec des demandes d’information jamais eues ailleurs au Portugal… Sinon hôtel business nikel. Un poil excentré. Vue des chambre avec balcon magnifique. Parking couvert sur site pratique.

El peor Hotel melia que conozco, viejo, renovacion parcial y baños de hace 20 años....bañera!!! Desayuno mediocre y Cena muy mala. La media pensión no es nada recomendable
