Beautiful historic hotel. I did a staycation and I throughly enjoyed it. I felt safe in downtown Albuquerque. I kinda wish there were fans in the bathrooms but buildings had different codes when this was was built. One of the elevators was not working when I got there but it was fixed the next day which shows they're on top of things. The rooftop bar and lounge on the 2nd floor is nice. I'll be back just for that. Very helpful and kind staff.

Nice hotel in downtown Albuquerque. It’s important to understand that it’s an older hotel and the charm is that it has a lot of history. Hotel staff is friendly and warm.

Excellent service! Gorgeous hotel! Feels so lovely to be in there! We did not want to leave. We came for a concert at the Sunshine theater, a two minute walk away. Good food options within walking distance. Also, there is some fabulous aroma being diffued in the lobby and elevators!

Beautiful landmark hotel with an incredible foyer, friendly and accommodating staff. Room was impeccable.

Refrigerator did not work, a second on was brought in and it took away space. Microwave on request was dropped off and placed on top of the desk area. No linens provided for the pullout and the couch had a odor to it. Electrical plugs in were faulty and a fire hazard, outlets would spark when something was plugged in. Thick layer of dust on the non working refrigerator as well. Non working I’ve machine on the entire floor, had to call front desk for ice. Not worth the $250 price we paid.

Beautiful, historic building with interesting architectural details, but old, and showing its age not only in appearance, but in its operational state. Tiny guest rooms and lack of exhaust fans contribute to inadequate airflow, for example, which lends to visible moisture issues. Little things like the funky in-room TV setup and light bulbs being burned out add to an atmosphere of mild neglect. Staff was friendly and attentive, though, and the one meal I had on property was delicious. Good experience overall, but not great. Look forward to seeing how this property improves in the near future.
