We were placed in a room on the north side next to the freeway exit. This was very loud all night. When complaining about it were told that if were to become a member of the company they would have given us quieter rooms. Hotel 28 has been our hotel of choice for the last 5 years every time we go to Boise. The staff is amazing!!! They have always gone above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic especially when we have a large party of 16 people! We will continue to book with them in the future. It is close to the airport and local to every place we need to go. Definitely recommend staying here you won't regret it!
