Real inn hotel

Never really leave review, but this was one our worst experiences we have received getting hotels from hotels.com. The rooms was dirty upon arrival trash wasn’t taken out. Bathroom was dirty etc.. hotel moved my family and everything to a new room to try to give us a better experience and later on the night when I was trying to put my kids to bed, we found bugs on the bed and that was the last straw we packed up and left straight home

I have been staying at the Hotel, ever, since it was crown, plaza Hotel, and even do Real Inn Took, over they been Turning a great Hotel into and average Hotel!! They took took of the small refrigerator, the free breakfast buffet and got very limited on the service, so yes from now on will look into somewhere else , there is plenty of hotel that offer a great service and free breakfast and a small refrigerator even a total kitchen for the service, maintenance is very poor, so it’s becoming just a big nice average hotel, I’m going again to Mexicali on another week and it’s not my favorite no more, so my suggestions go back to offer the great service that you had once, or people like me won’t come back and spend lots of money on it no more ,, Omar Sáenz

The floor was leaking from the toilet and shower. There was no nightstand. No iron and no blow dryer. Staff was unprofessional and I contacted them several times and asking them for support to rectify it and they did not rectify it.

Been staying at the hotel for several years now, and the hotel has been changing several of its amenities, there is no more little fridge, no more free buffet, I do understand that’s probably the buffet had to be taking out but it was one of the best reasons to stay there , now it has become just like any other or even below other hotel’s standards, like the fridge for instance!! Stayed there the whole week and the was no place to set drinks, another ver bad amenity,,,!! No ice at all !! In Mexicali!! And stay in a Hoyel where there is no ice , that’s not good!!! Another ! The elevators ! Alway one out of order!! When there is two, Dint really know who’s running this place but all is doing is getting rid of people like me , that’s for years been spending thousands of dollars with this hotel !! So but already fell to just an ordinary hotel!! Won’t be my priority no more to stay there at all !! Greetings!!! From a loyal customer

Let’s just say the staff at the front were not so nice , I get to the hotel check in and I go to my room . So tired because it’s almost 9PM , about to lay down and I notice blood stain on my bed sheet . I call and ask the front desk if we can have clean sheets they say someone will be up soon . I was so grossed out and I asked if we can just be moved . They told us they did not have no rooms available , that they were dirty. They will give us a refund and we can look for another hotel .

This property is super outdated. Even though my bedding and towels were changed every day they where definitely not the premium bedding that they advertise on their website, the towels are like the kind that you go visit your grandma‘s house that are super worn out and never changed it and they have a nasty smell to them, including the beds. The mattress it’s super outdated that it’s the springy kind and it has a bunch of stains on it as well super hard like a rock. The pillows were hard as well outdated. Overall, sis, hotel definitely needs to be upgraded even though on the website it states that it has premium things, but in reality it doesn’t. It is in a good convenient location where the city is, but I definitely will not be staying at this hotel again.
