This hotel is in a great location. It was easy to get to everything Branson and the surrounding areas have to offer. Their customer service was above and beyond from check in to check out. The rooms were clean and the hotel is eco friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Nice handicap accessible room

My wife recently had ankle surgery, and needed a room that was handicap accessible. The room we picked was on the bottom floor, had a roll in shower with a shower chair also a recliner which all helped to make our Branson stay very comfortable

Nice but..

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly! We started out on the 4th floor but asked to be moved to a room with an adjoining room available. They were very accommodating! My only two complaints.. 1) our 2 rooms on 1st floor were very damp feeling and even smelled that way. And 2) the toilet in our room had to be flushed multiple times. You didn't dare go #2!! lol But luckily, the bathroom on the main floor worked great!
