The Best of Experiences ..

From the moment we checked in we knew we were at the best place. The staff were amazing , always friendly and ready to help . This was a special occasion for this family trip . A wedding aniversary . The manager at "The Roof" restaurant was the best , making us welcome , feel at home and understanding of everything we needed , even when we did not know ourselves ! He was the perfect HOst. The food was excellent and the advice in choosing was very helpful. I travel lot and stay in many Hotels, it would be hard to beat Dei Cavlieri . Thank You to all who made our stay the best .

Very close to Duomo. Easy access, metro facilities very convenient. Room was clean & maintained to good standard. Very good breakfast. It would have been better if there was temperature control in individual rooms- had to leave window open as the room was warm- this made the noise from the traffic, trams etc unbearable especially during the night

Unhelpful and very rude

Unhelpful and rude staff, from struggling with bags as a pregnant person to checkin with rude staff and zero smile. All very unhelpful in general, loud hotel especially on a Friday night when the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night telling us to evacuate- when it was in fact a false alarm.

Good but not great.

Stayed in a Junior Suite for 3 nights. The hotel and room were very nice, but I was a little disappointed with the attention to detail regarding the cleaning. There was a lot of metallic trim on the furnishings that were full of prints and dirt. They also need to pay attention to their high dusting especially the bathroom vents. You also don't get daily cleaning of your room unless you request it, and I couldn't get an ice bucket even though I asked several times. On the plus side, t he bed was comfortable

good location, large room, good mattress, dated property, inefficient check in, hotel never once replied to a single query, neither from Hotels.com message board or its own website. the only prompt from hotel was letting me know it was about to charge my card a pre-approval deposit. So the hotel is happy to charge you but not respond to messages. if you offer parking, have the wherewithal to stamp the garage receipt so when the guest goes to check out of garage, the ignorant ape attendant doesnt give you grief for not having ticket stamped & you have to wait for the attendant to call hotel to verify you have indeed checked out. in Milan, this little scenario takes >30 minutes
