The personnel at the desk when we checked in was very welcoming. He made sure our needs were met. He was also very accommodating. The place is nice, clean and quiet. Employees at the front desk esp the lady who checked us in is very professional , kind and amiable . Lily is the same. The pretty young receptionists are always greeting you, as you come in, awesome service even the housekeepers, linen guys and the buffet ladies in charge. The room however is noisy wd sirens sound cars motorcycles . Needs more window soundproofing. ACgood but very noisy when on. Great kitchen amenities ref stove etcetc. Great to have 4 fluffy pillows each bed. Our keys need to be re keyed several times. We can’t enter our room every time we go out. I think it’s the door slot who’s the problem.
