This resort is good for families in general and the food is delicious the restaurants are the best restaurants I ever try in Mexico. My only complaint is that is really hot even in the restaurants. Location is good is really close to La Isla Mall and a lot of excursions. My kids love the kids club and the activities.

Vacation overview

The staff was nice but the beach was horrible. Couldn’t sit on it as the sea weed was so bad and the smell was awful, the hotel needs updated as there needs improvements as there was broken towels on floor. The pool area needs updated also. The food was good nit much entertainment in the evenings for adults.

Very family friendly, felt safe and the hotel staff was amazing all around. Drinks and food was delicious and all included if you go all inclusive. Easy to get to all the shopping and excursions too!

Not having air conditioning in common areas including restaurants was terrible especially in 90 degree weather. Food did not seem fresh. Two from our group got food poisoning.
