That place was awful, very dirty, unsafe, approached by a drug dealer immediately and another stopped me to borrow money. Socket hanging out of wall, I put a chair in front of the door. Was quiet and no bed bugs but those were the highlights.

Had reservations for a double bed room got there and they said no double beds where available so I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t do it there at the hotel so had to drive and try to a hotel with double beds for about an hour WILL NEVER stay at a Red Room Inn and I will never recommend one

4/10 Fair

It was. Okay only thing there was no smoke detectors, bootom of drawer was missing, no fridge. Smelled like cat urine, toilet was running and leaking the whole time, a metal pin was sticking out of the phone jack, several outlets including the built in on the night stand were loose, or coming out, couple outlet covers were off

Could Have Been a Great Stay, But We Won't Be back

The Good: The beds were comfortable, the water was hot, and it was quiet, check in and out was easy. The Bad: The AC was barely functional, so the room was uncomfortable until 1AM each night, there were some bugs present, no iron, microwave or fridge, only two towels for two people for three days, no room service (no towel/sheet refresh, trash removal, etc), no coffee pot, one of the dresser drawers had to be kept wedged shut with a bent door key card. When we asked for more towels, we were told they only had one more, which we were reluctantly given. The Inn was less than half full, so there should have been plenty of towels. We had to dry the ones we had in front of the barely functioning AC unit each day.

It seemed liked a section A establishment

I should’ve read all the amenities before commenting on this property. I’ve never stayed in red roof without a microwave or refrigerator. I had to keep my food in a cooler. There wasn’t even a suitable lobby with a microwave.

Worst stay ever...

The room was nasty with mold. There was spiders and bugs. And the bed should have been replaced long ago! Worst stay ever!!!

The 1st room we had the air conditioner front would not stay on. They moved us to another room. The ceiling in the bathroom was covered in mold, the toilet had some kind of black tape around it, ceiling falling apart, rooms smell so much like smoke and week, nothing in the snack machines, can't get into to the laundry room. They won't open the lobby at all, only use the night window and it is so hot in there. There was no HOT water to take showers. The only reason we got stuck staying there is due to an issue with my reservation at the original hotel we were supposed to be at.
Tabitha, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Pros: The room was large and clean. The AC kept us good and cool. The hotel is very close to Atlanta Braves Stadium and to the interstate—a good value for an older hotel. Also, I did not see a single bug, which was a plus, because previous hotel guests had left bad reviews. . Cons: I needed a downstairs room because I am handicapped but we were put on the second floor. The outdoor stairs leading to the second floor had broken steps, and the handrails were unsteady. I do understand this is an older hotel. I was able to get up the stairs with help from my family. In our room, there was a hole in the wall by the sink. When we checked out, I tried calling the front desk several times, but no one answered. We just left the key by the bed. We came to Atlanta, GA, for the Stray Kids concert at Truist Stadium and were only staying for one night, then heading back to Tennessee. This hotel is in a nice, quiet area, and for just one night we had a positive stay.

i get it’s a motel but damn why put an advertisement for a single king size bed then they only had 2 twin size beds and the room didn’t no microwave or refrigerator FOR THE SAME PRICE NO DISCOUNT ! the second red flags was there was someone else curly hair everywhere in the sink, on the counters , on the pillow like damn what happened to cleanliness. 3rd red flag was only half the lights worked. the outlets was all loosed and i was kinda scared cause some of them didn’t even have a cover and every since plugged was pulled out like the tv and the nightstand. tv ain’t even work for real. a okay place but i would not recommend anyone to go here and i wouldn’t want to come back either.

I paid for a superior king room smoking.. upon reaching the property was told the room wasnt available. Had to accept a room with no refrigerator or microwave. No type of discount or compensation.

You’re better off living homeless.

Roach infested, dirty, dingy. Tree leaves were INSIDE. Dog poop everywhere OUTSIDE. It was noisy and annoying. There were missing channels on the TV. Missing microwave and no fridge. Also no breakfast provided.

A Good Experience

My stay was good. My room had the essentials and the location was perfect! So many shopping and dining options to choose from. I will stay there again!

2/10 Poor

We arrived at 3:20ish waited in line to be told that the double bed room I booked was not there that I HAD to take a king bed. It was my 17 year old, myself and my husband who is in a wheelchair. I was rushing to get to a concert so I said that’s fine we will figure it out but I need a first floor room due to my husband being in a wheelchair. She informed me she might can do that and I said there is no might because you guys don’t have an elevator. (On your website it says they do but they don’t) The room was 105 it had mold all in the bathroom and coming out of it on the ceiling. The room just look terrible but I told myself it was one night. My husband stayed behind at the room where he had to deal with people screaming and fighting outside. When it was time to sleep the bed smelled like pee and I slept on top of the blankets because I was scared to touch the bed. We checked out at 8:40 ish the next morning and I was not satisfied at all.

Never even got checked in. Rude lady at desk, the entire lobby smelled of urine. Vile. Hotels.com charged my credit card even though we didn’t stay there. Not happy….
