Band for reporting people fighting outside

I was told I was banned & I'd only stayed at this location the week prior. the week prior I was in my room about 5:00am im woken by people running around & around screaming, yelling & cussing. I go outside to see what's going on they're outside still going & the room next to me is outside trying to figure out what's going on. they've done called the office, I called the office and she said it's okay I got the cops on the way. They show ask what toom we tell them, they go to that room talk to them. They leave I checked out the next morning no issues. but I came back this Friday and I was told I was banned from the property because I called the office to report that you have two adults running around screaming cussing at like 5:00 A.M. the lady at the front bypassed it to let me stay since I already paid & a few other reasons. but it's still the fact that this was only my second time staying with this location & after the first time because me & the room next to me reported to the front desk i got banned. their excuse was well the night shift girl is new so she might have confused things well that's kind of messed up and that's the nicest word I'm going to say because you're Banning people that didn't do nothing. Terrible service! We needed to stay somewhere because storms had knocked out the electricity in our area and we needed somewhere safe for our baby. Check in was a nightmare. I made the reservation while I was at work so that my family could check in. The individual with whom my wife spoke was rude and dismissive. Ultimately, I had to leave work, drive to the motel and check in myself just to find the rooms claustrophobic, and in poor condition. Thank goodness our power was restored and we didn't have to spend an entire night in this pit. You work hard for your money. Spend it elsewhere.

Motel was VERY dirty. Tub has rings from previous guests shampoo bottles on the side of the tub. Bottom of the tub was black. You could tell that they had someone come in to "fix things up" but it was a very sloppy job. Towels were either not washed properly or were left in the room after another guest. They were white but has "smudge marks" and reeked of smoke. Someone was powerwashing the steps and peeling paint was all over the place and got all over our shoes and clothes when leaving the facility.
