It is very clean. The staff very professional, helpful and courteous. The location is excellent, near the airport, and there is a shopping area about 2KM that has two supermarkets, McD's and KFC. Breakfast had many options, including Pakistani breakfast. The swimming pool was good. Worth staying in as a base to explore Lahore.

I arrived at 3am but could do check-in without any problems. The room was clean and had jacuzzi. Buffet style breakfast had many foods options.

Our Executive room was space, clean and modern. Our stay was comfortable in it. We ordered room service a couple of times and the food was delicious. What really set it apart was their helpful staff. The director rooms, Aziz, personally helped us out with extending our stay in the same room, even though the hotel was fully booked.

From check in to checkout it was a nightmarish experience. The only good thing about the hotel was the property build and the night manager Zeeshan. Checked in at 2:30am, waited 1 hour for them to switch rooms as the room had a lot of problems, second rooms television wasn’t working so waited another 30 mins to be upgraded to a third room (kind of them) and finally the 3 rooms jacuzzi wasn’t working and the showers has acidic smell. - broken wardrobe - tv not working - acidic smell from shower - faulty and leaking jacuzzi - staff only looking to make tips with a rough and rude attitude - hawkers as valet. - no hospitality whatsoever - over cooked and nasty food The list can go on and on. I feel sad for the owner who has dished our millions to build such a beautiful property only for the staff to destroy its image. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!!

Best 5 star hotel. Room rates are low.

I have been to many 5 star hotels in the world but this hotel was the most beautiful and had the best service. The price of the presidential suite and a regular room was extremely low. They also provide a driver to take you for site seeing and shopping for a nominal price The Badshai Mosque was one of the most beautiful buildings we saw during the site seeing. I will be coming back.

Amazing service and condition of the hotel. Tons of choices in breakfast. Special thanks to Naveed who greeted us and asked us if we needed anything. Front desk staff was so helpful. Rooms are clean and modern. Traffic Location and view. Very close like 4 minutes drive to Lahore airport. Plus point hotel has security so you feel safe there. Stay at Royal Swiss Lahore

Overall the hotel is amazing compared to what Pakistan has to offer. Very clean the staff was very friendly and always greeting with a smile. However I found that the Cafe on the first floor had very little to offer as most of the stuff on the menu was out. We tried hot and sour soup which I would give a 5 out of 10. Other then this over stay was a very positive experience. Thank you to all the staff.
