The hotel is in need of some updates—it felt quite outdated overall. While the room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable, the hallways were disappointing, with stained carpets that gave a poor first impression. It felt like a shell of a room. The king size bed was comfortable but only had two pillows. The bathroom had zero amenities including no shampoo or soap. The WiFi was spotty and the room had a coffee maker and a few mugs but zero coffee…also the fridge was missing

Large room - rough accommodations

The room was larger. However, the bathroom from the neighboring room could be heard. The staff was kind and attempted to remedy. No iron in the room. I was eventually moved to another room. The drawer was broken and a piece of wood covered the front of it. The bed was missing a sheet and the pillowcases were too small for the pillows.

Very nice room and close to Times Square

We enjoyed our stay at Tuscany. It offered us that older NYC boutique charm we were looking for. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was strong and hot. We were just two blocks from Grand Central Station which made travel around town a breeze. In-room Coffee was not included but that’s okay. The Front Desk staff were cheerful and helpful.
