Wouldn't ever recommend

Didn't even end up staying. Place was so disgusting and dirty we checked in got food, checked out the room and ended up leaving. The bedding had stains, smelt, and had holes in it. The floor was sticky, the fridge was dirty. The chain lock was broken and there was a huge gap in the top of the door so you could see outside. Wont let me add photo but i did take a few.

This is an older hotel that Wyndham revamped. Laminated floors, beds had mattresses on top of a metal frame, sheets kept slipping off the mattress, ice bucket didnt have a plastic insert. The breakfast was a waffle maker and that's it. Coffee was lukewarm. Wouldnt stay here again.

It was quiet there and off the road and KFC was right next door and we walked over there for supper. Had a small breakfast and not very sociable or helpful in the morning for breakfast.

Dont recommend staying here. We boooked the hotel when we realized we were going to be too tired to make it to our destination. We checked in at 1am and immediately our room smelled terrible but we only need a few hours of sleep. Woke up in the morning to find MOLD in our room. Do yourself a favor and make the trip elsewhere.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. This place will ultimately make someone sick. There was poop running down the outside of the toilet bowl. A line of crusty dirt under the rim of the sink that was clearly visible to the naked eye. I cannot believe this place hasn’t been shutdown by the health inspectors.

We didn’t stay. The blankets were wet and stinky and it was so uncomfortable! I started itching almost immediately after I sat on the bed and ended up with bug bites. We left after 10 minutes and didn’t get a refund.

The heat didn’t work properly it took a long time for it to actually feel like the heat was on. The bed wasn’t as comfortable then the last bed I stayed in the last time I was there. The hotel is in a convenient location.

I have stayed here several times and I prefer this location out of the other hotels and motels in the area. The staff are very courteous and helpful. They are undergoing renovation and the rooms are nice. You dont have to worry about someone messing with your vehicle because State Troopers as well as the Sheriff Deputies and the Brownsville Police are in the area at all times. Dairy Queen, McDonald's and KFC are in walking distance and Walmart about 5 minutes away. Also its 3 gas stations that are in walking distance if you need to grab a snack.

Day staff not friendly, breakfast was terrible, room 2 down from us was a drug room, pot smoke coming from that room was disgusting and the patron came outside in his underwear yelling at us. Not a place to stay with if you have kids.

Nice stay

We were just passing thru for the night. Beds were comfortable but pretty soft, not like the Fred and Ethel bed catastrophe where they both rolled to the middle, but a gentle hug. When I laid down it felt like the bed was wrapping around me and I slept so good. Breakfast was waffles, muffins, cereal and such. Customer service was great, I accidentally booked a smoking room and the guy at the desk switius to non-smoking. It was quiet and didn't hear any neighbors.
