Just a couple of blocks from Kyoto’s train station, what makes it very convenient if you’re planning to use Kyoto as a base for day trips to the region around it. Very nice area to stay!

The location is very good, the staff are very friendly and helpful. You can leave luggage at front desk before check in (3 pm). Public spa (onsen) and laundry facility are a plus. But, the room (and its private bathroom) can be small, at least for the room type we stayed (one king).

I really enjoed this hotel. They have a nice onsen, much much better than in the APA hotel in Osaka and a nice breakfast. the room was clean. The location is really good. I can highly recommen this hotel.
