The staff is excellent - friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a very short drive or bike ride to downtown Truckee/ They also have a few bikes you can borrow for a leisurely ride along a bike trail not too far from the hotel.

Everything was absolutely great and clean and easy to get in and out and quick services by all of the staff.. Especially the Bar tender. We went with four couples. The hotel was great! Awesome rooms…nice lounge area…outdoor space to gather…but the best was the staff!! Very helpful and informative. They offered us cookies upon arrival and offered many suggestions on visiting the area. Great stay!
