The Ilikai was a nice! Great views, the room and kitchen well-appointed for this type of stay. Clean property, staff friendly and welcoming. Very centrally located for walking to many places. We would stay again, a little noisy with lanai doors open as we like enjoying the tropical breeze in the evenings while sleeping, but it is downtown Honolulu!

Check-in was very easy and fast, Rod is very nice and friendly! The room with the sunset view was perfect. The only thing missing in the room is a full body mirror. There’s only one mirror and it’s only in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel and the location of the hotel is perfect! We enjoyed our stay!

This was my third stay at the Ilikai Hotel and certainly not my last. I live on the Big Island and frequently travel to Honolulu for various purposes. The rooms are clean and spacious with fully appointed kitchens, the location is convenient to shopping, the beach and public transportation and the staff are always pleasant and helpful. The free morning newspapers and complimentary bottled water are a nice perk as is the daily free scoop of ice cream at Dave's in the lobby! I highly recommend this property!

Location is good! Staff is amazing! Very friendly and eager to help! I was traveling with an infant and arrived early! I was given a complimentary upgrade which was very unexpected but was exactly what I needed since I was exhausted from traveling. I was able to relax with an amazing view. There was a couple things that I noticed in the room overall it was clean but the headboard Al had some stains that I think should be addressed. Steam cleaned or something.. also the pull out sofa was worn out. The mattress should be changed. Other then that I was happy overall.
