The stay was absolutely welcoming and comfortable, everything was clean and spacious. Was able to check in early. The only thing we feel can be improved is a microwave in the room and the door to both rooms kept getting jammed other than that 10/10 customer service was excellent.

Check in was great. First stop, valet parking where they were friendly and helpful. Front desk got us in our rooms right away and gave us all the info about WiFi, food, amenities, etc. Room was really nice, comfortable and I have to say the shower was probably the best I've ever been in at any hotel. Seems a small thing but a fantastic shower to get the morning going after a good night's sleep on a comfortable bed? That's a winner for me! Next morning, the breakfast bunch downstairs at the coffee shop were so wonderful, friendly and helpful. Great service, amazing staff. Highly recommend.
