Avoid at all costs

Don't know where to begin. When we first pulled up our first thought was Bates motel. The outside is run down and looked like it was closed. The entire place needs to be remodeled and upgraded. Lobby was nice so first thought was ok rooms will be nice also. Get the key to our first room, open door and right away you noticed stains on covers and sheets, AC was completely ripped apart also. Returned to front desk and gave us a second room. Open door, AC completly torn apart, stains on bed and lights didn't work. Returned to front desk and lady switched us to the Quality inn across the parking lot(it wasn't much better but AC worked) this is a type of hotel you would take a one night stand to and that's it.

It was alright

It met the bare minimum standards for a decent stay: friendly staff, clean sheets and towels, plenty of hot water, functional HVAC, a waffle maker at breakfast. The location is very convenient. It's an old and shabby property so if you want to feel like you're staying in a nice place, avoid this. It should be priced as a bottom of the barrel property but other than that it was acceptable.

The bedding was not clean. We stayed for two days and were never visited by housekeeping. The door closed but there was no weather stripping so you could see light around the door. With the temperature in the teens, the heater ran all night and could not get the room above 69F.
