It was very clean and modern. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Bring across the road from the railway station was also very convient. I was able to walk to the main square in Old Antwerpen Grote Markt in 20 minutes

A-Stay was surprisingly a great location and overall service and amenities were great to have. They have a modern vibe, and enjoyed the art/outdoor space/common rooms. Would absolutely stay again, and they are very conveniently located near the train station if you are traveling by train!

Great location near train station and shopping and dining in the main district. Staff is nice and helpful. Incredible prices. Rooms are spacious and comfortable but both rooms we stayed in weren't clean enough, the floor was not even vacuumed.

This is a bare-bones hotel, not worth the price I paid. I stayed here mainly because they have a laundry room and I am on a long trip in Europe, but it has one machne and there are 5 people in the queue. As I was showering, I reslized the body wash and shampoo dispenser was empty. I can hear too much noise from the hallway in my room... I would not recommend it, but the staff is very nice and helpful and the location is near the train station if that is important,

I believe it is a good hotel for one or two nights. The rooms are comfy and spacious as the bed. Service is ok, even though they have different rules regarding housekeeping. What bothers me very much is that you are not able to make the room fully dark. The window rollers leave a gap around the window.

Het is een leuk "beleggingsobject" hotel voor vooral jonge mensen. Als je boven de 50 bent (zoals wij) bots je met de mentaliteit van het personeel en de overige gasten. Het fijne "hotelgevoel" van vroeger is niet aanwezig, het is een locatie om te overnachten. De klant is koning bestaat hier niet meer, het is eerder 13 in een dozijn

Nosso quarto não estava bem limpo, quando chegamos estávamos andando pelo quarto de pé no chão, quando uma de nós cortou o pé com um caco se vidro. Achamos estranho e chamamos a recepção para trocar de quarto, mas falaram que iam limpar. Foram no quarto passaram aspirador, mas os cacos eram finos e pequenos, e não saíram do chão , quando voltamos a caminhar pelo quarto ainda tinham cacos de vidro pelo chão, como já havíamos reclamado è não deram mta atenção, pois podiam ter trocado nós de quarto, colocamos calçado para andar no quarto, pois não tinhamos condições seguras de andar pelo quarto com o pé no chão livremente

The room is really only suitable for one person, as the toilet and bathroom are separated by a noisy glass panel. I lost my European style plug mobile charger while using the plug; staff blamed voltage differences and wouldn’t lend a charger or provide a converter. There’s only one USB port, and it takes almost 24 hours to fully charge a phone. Breakfast was minimal and not worth €20. The elevator was very slow, likely because one was broken, which was inconvenient on the 12th floor. On the plus side, the room was clean, close to the station.

The hotel is in the backyard of an NH hotel. The hotel and rooms themselves are stylish and nice, the location great (couple of minutes to the train station) and interesting (in the midst of the orthodox Jewish quarter). But I didn't like the impersonal and cool atmosphere, check-in was polite, but curt, lots of young hipsters and instagrammers staying at the hotel, breakfast overexpensive. The firealarm at 3 o'clock in the morning (we were on the 12th floor) and lack of information didn't add to the experience.
