Most importantly is the excellent staff. They all were welcoming and took measures to assist us with whatever we needed. For anyone wanting to take day tours out of Geneva the hotel is about a five-minute walk to the pickup location for all the tours. Property is well maintained with great restaurant which serves a full buffet (tasty) breakfast.

The area is great to access the old city, the boat tours and to walk along the lake to the parks - the street itself isn't that attractive, but we never stay in the hotel for long, so it didn't matter at all. The one thing missing is a great bar, and bar services. Cocktails were not good, wine was fine, service was absent - still this is a minor issue.
