Went to grove bar, sat for 20 minutes and no one came out to greet us or take the order, we got up and left. Sour taste We had the cover for the duvet as bed sheet, unacceptable Couldn’t sleep properly, too hot or too cold The resort is obviously understaff, a shame for the a Vincci hotel. The staff from the restaurant hyoto and the pool staff were the highlight of our stay. Proper service and food and they pay attention to their guests I like vincci hotel but o will not go back to this one again
