I was surprised to learn that parking at this hotel was an additonal $10/night above the room rate. The check-in process was lengthy due to lack of staffing. Likewise the breakfast area was poorly managed as it too was understaffed.

This was a pleasant surprise. The room was very nice and comfortable. The lobby was clean and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast was a real breakfast, not just old fruit and granola bars. The airport shuttle is not always available and you need to call for pickup! I was very impressed for the price we paid.

Summer vacation

The hotel presented very well. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. The ice maker was great. The breakfast was sufficient for our needs; eggs, sausage, bagel, banana, peanut butter, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt. My only complaint was a $10 day parking! It’s an unnecessary up charge. It would be the reason I would not go back.

Great spot if visiting Portland

Great hotel. Conveniently located. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Did not love having to pay for parking. Seemed a little ridiculous given it’s just the hotel above ground parking lot.
