This hotel is simply past its prime and needs major renovations. Rooms not very clean, and ergonomically outdated. Nice staff. No real complaints since you get what you pay for.

Check in the worst experience in our travels. We waited from approx 10 AM to 2PM for our room. We were first told the the room was ready but needed to pay $25. If we came back at 1PM, we could go up to rest, but the room needed inspection. So we waited and waited util 2PM and with me complaining, we were allowed up.

Still great after all these years!!

Was a little hesitant about staying here after reading reviews. But i have to say it was tremendous as it always has been in the past!! When we hot married in Lake Tahoe 39 years ago we stayed here, it was Caesars then. We have continued to return here and it never disappoints! The only complaint i would have is that there is NO room service!! Common!! We had an upgrade because of our Vip status, the room did not disappoint!! Beautiful view of the lake and mountains!!

Front desk on check out was very rude. They didn’t do our room up after the 1st night. Had to call housekeeping twice about the coffee supply needing to be restocked and the television wasn’t working last night. The maintenance man was very helpful about how to work the TV!!
