**Wonderful Stay at Copacabana Palace!** Our time at Copacabana Palace was exceptional. The hotel’s blend of luxury and historic charm made for an unforgettable experience. The room offered stunning beach views, and the service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond. The amenities, from the pool to the dining, were impeccable. Nice and clean hotel. Wish there was a little more to do. Besides restaurant are good and enjoyable. Most of the staff is nice and friendly. Leo at check in was amazing and went above and beyond for our kids and gave us a very sweet welcome to the hotel and Brazil!

Absolutely amazing hotel with biggest pool in RDJ. The staff and at every position goes beyond to help the customer and we really appreciate how welcome they made us feel. There is not a single request that is every not given 150% attention and so polite helpful people. Rooms are great and girls loved the pool/ocean view. We recommend this to everyone.

By the pool, the experience is nothing short of extraordinary. Attentive staff offer seamless food and bar service, while complimentary ice cream bars and menu samples elevate the experience to a new level. All of this takes place against the backdrop of a live band playing either smooth Bossa Nova or lively Samba, setting the perfect mood for relaxation and enjoyment. A special mention to Jenifer and Eddy, the exceptional pool area staff, whose attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism made our time by the pool truly unforgettable. Their service went above and beyond, ensuring every moment was perfect. They truly exemplify the five-star hospitality that Copacabana Palace is known for. The spa is a breathtaking retreat, offering a serene escape from the vibrancy of Rio, while breakfast is a decadent affair—a mix of a lavish buffet and made-to-order dishes fit for royalty.Our stay at Copacabana Palace will be one of the most memorable in our travel portfolio Obrigada, Copacabana!
