I had a wonderful stay at the Camino Real in Mexico City. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a great blend of modern comfort and Mexican charm. Very Good Hotel near Airport

Very good hotel near Mexico City Airport with excellent shuttle service every 20 minutes all day. Rooms are good and TV has only few channels mostly in Spanish. The breakfast buffet is okay though $ US 35/person I find a bit expensive. Overall good experience.

The hotel was very close to yhe airport for sadety reason coming from the US. The room were very clean, but the bed was soft, and the bathroom needed some constructioncare. Had to fix the broken Toilet seat while we were there.

I've stayed at this hotel many times because it is so conveniently located. This past trip was not quite what I've experienced in the past with a 35 minute wait to get my key, and the condition of the room was not up to my expectations. The room itself was not very clean and the sink was broken. This is my first time that the room wasn't up to normal standards however but I was quite surprised.

Good option for airport stay

I stay here often if I have an early flight the next day. Judy one thing this time. Late at night a person arrived in the next room. They made a telephone call and I could literally hear every word they said. I realised how think the walls must be. Luckily I travel with very good earplugs so I finally managed to get to sleep. However I think the me could easily have a night of no sleep if you had music, television or people talking a lot. Thankfully this call finished in under an hour.

Great airport location for a good price

Hotel is in a great spot, we were able to check in at 3am with no problems, they accommodated a request for a toothbrush which I felt was very kind. There is a very convenient spot to both get picked up by and dropped off by services like Uber, and the layout of the hotel is very nice. Our room was down a comically long hallway but it kinda added to the experience. The bathroom however lacked all forms of ventilation which meant it wasn’t hard to create a lingering odour. The hotel restaurant was very underwhelming and overpriced, they charged me 90 dollars for two appetizers, 2 high balls, and two glass bottles of water (which they brought at the request of “two waters” with no mention of the premium price). Checkout was very smooth as I prepaid and they even held the bags for a few hours at no extra cost as we had some plans before we needed to depart, and their protocol for ensuring our bags security was more robust than expected.
