I had a wonderful stay at the Camino Real in Mexico City. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a great blend of modern comfort and Mexican charm. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My room was clean, spacious, and quiet, and I especially appreciated the amenities and central location. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I've stayed at this hotel many times because it is so conveniently located. This past trip was not quite what I've experienced in the past with a 35 minute wait to get my key, and the condition of the room was not up to my expectations. The room itself was not very clean and the sink was broken. This is my first time that the room wasn't up to normal standards however but I was quite surprised.

What you pay is the location. I hace never like the room’s bathroom door at all, such a bad idea to have them made of glass pane. The WC was not working probably and had to call maintenance. The bathroom’s hand soap bottle didn’t work and its wall mount was defective. The shower had very low pressure (close to none); the shower mixer was defective.
