Great value and pool

Great location an amazing olympic size swimming pool and free parking. Breakfast was included and had great selections. Nice size shopping mall and mercado 5 minute walk from the hotel. Unfortunately taxi rides are very expensive to go to Old Town which is about 5 km away. There is a bus that takes you there but not on weekends or holidays.

Great place to stay

We had a triple prestige room for my wife, daughter (15) and myself. There was ample space and the beds were comfy. The included breakfast was very good, but it didget busy towards the end of service. The pool is amazing being Olympic size. You do have to pay for the sunbeds and umbrellas, but that does mean they are available and not just covered in towels from 7am. But if you are planning several days around the pool the costs will mount up. The hotel is a little bit out of the city centre and a taxi will cost about €25 each way. There is a bus but it takes over an hour. Best to have a car.

The property is in a good position just outside Bologna, just a 15 min cab ride from the city centre. Some of the facilities were not open (pool) due to the time of year. The food in the restaurant was very good and the buffet breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would use the hotel again.

La mia esperienza è stata eccellente, era tutto molto ben organizzato, lo staff era molto cordiale e pronto ad aiutare, la colazione era varia e buona. Il giorno del mio compleanno mi hanno regalato un sacchettino di biscotti con un messaggio d’auguri, è stato un pensiero molto carino. La lobby è molto bella e mi è molto piaciuto l’albero nel courtyard. La zona ristorazione lo è altrettanto e la piscina è davvero bella. Un grazie in particolare a Patrizia, che si è occupata in modo eccellente ogni giorno della pulizia della nostra stanza con un sorriso e un buongiorno.

consiglio di non prendere la mezza pensione - non c'è scelta e le quello che c'è di qualità scadente - una sera c'era solo pizza perchè il cuoco aveva avuto un problema ma gli altri ospiti del ristorante avevano il menù alla carta e i piatti uscivano ugualmente dalla cucina. non andrò più in qull'hotel. avevo tante stanze prenotate per i dipendenti che lavorano in fiera.

Dejligt ophold på Living Place. Hotellet er fint og rummeligt men en lille smule slidt. Vi valgte det primært pga. swimmingpoolen - som desværre viste sig at være lukket for sæsonen ugen før vi ankom. Værelserne er fine, og betjeningen er super - søde mennesker overalt. Et helt fantastisk plus var en morgenmadspakke vi fik med i lufthavnen, da vi skulle rejse hjem - godt tænkt.

De passage à Bologne, hôtel très excentré, accueil agréable et rapide, espace commun agréable, grande piscine, chambre spacieuse, bien équipée, sanitaire correct.
