I would give it a 4 star rating, room had a smell to it good thing I had freebrze! Beds were very comfortable, the sheets were amazing they were very soft. Pillows perfect, bathroom was kind of woren down thats why I give it 4 star. Location is perfectright off 47 and 80.

This motel is one of the better motels in Morris, It is adequate, but dated and has needed remodeling and updating for years. The price is very competitive and much cheaper than the HI Express, which is the newest motel in Morris.

Motel is adequate for overnight stays. It is a bit dated and needs a remodel and brought up to current standards for electrical outlets and such. Bathroom is very small. This motel is about the best Morris has to offer other than the very expensive Holiday Inn Express, which is fairly new. Breakfast is minimal but OK.

I get to the hotel. And they have my room away and sent me to a so called sister location. A quality inn with a pub attached. It was already very late the music so loud you can’t even hear anything and the place is not very good quality plus they charge me double the normal rate because things were booked up. Stayed at this hotel for a funeral…the price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The location was convenient, the room was clean, and there were a couple of eating places that were walking distance. Would stay here again if I had to go to Morris in the future.
