I booked this hotel based on all the “good” reviews it has…misleading! The property’s appearance is good, it also looks like an ok area. We were there for medical reasons, the location was near our destination. We had no issues of vandalism or noise, the room its self looked nice but looks are deceiving! At check in, the front desk person said hardly anything to us. I gave him my name he asked for card and ID. He pointed us to our room and that was all. I had to ask about breakfast hours because he didn’t even offer that to us. Once in the room the smell of smoke was awful. We turned on the AC hoping it would help. It was so late we were ready for bed, we had been on the road 12+ hrs. We hardly slept. The pillows and shower curtains were disgusting, towels smelled like smoke. For the price of this room I bet I could have gotten a better one at a different hotel.

Room was not ready at 6pm when we attempted to check-in. Additionally I was charged a higher price upon check in than was reserved. (Not more than 5$ but not the point :/) Really felt like an inconvenience to the staff.
