very noisy caused by low flying airplanes and a highly frequented road in front of the hotel, there was an advice at the door to the balcony to keep it closed at all times and to use the airconditioning

Our stay at the Asterion Hotel was short (about 12 hours) but comfortable. The front desk staff were gracious and accommodating to our needs. A special shout out to Stelios, who prepared an awesome continental breakfast for us since we had to leave so early (0430). We scrambled to make our flight so having some good food in us was greatly appreciated. THANKS STELIOS!!!! We look forward to our next trip to Crete and chance to stay at the Asterion.
